SEALON delivered 100 Lunar New Year gift sets to local residents in need in partnership with the Yangju City Muhandolbom Hope Center to mark the 2024 Lunar New Year.

Ahead of the holiday, SEALON employees personally packed the gift sets—filled with daily necessities—and visited households within the Hope Center’s service area where independent problem-solving is difficult, delivering the gifts in person.

The Yangju Muhandolbom Hope Center is an integrated welfare support center that identifies challenges and needs of vulnerable households and provides tailored assistance. SEALON has supported the center’s “Hope Nest Project” every year and previously participated in the “Chuseok Blessing Basket Sharing Program” last year.

A SEALON representative said, “It is especially meaningful that this contribution goes beyond a cash donation—we were able to purchase and deliver essential items directly.” The representative added, “We will continue community contribution efforts that improve quality of life for vulnerable households and help create conditions for greater independence through sustained social responsibility practices.”
