SEALON announced on the 21st that it donated KRW 5 million to the Yangju City Muhandolbom Hope Center in Gyeonggi Province ahead of Chuseok.

The donation supported the center’s “Chuseok Blessing Basket Sharing Program,” which prepares shopping baskets filled with essential food and daily necessities and delivers them to 50 crisis-affected and vulnerable households in Yangju City before the holiday.

The Yangju Muhandolbom Hope Center is an integrated welfare support center that identifies diverse issues and needs of vulnerable households through case management and provides tailored assistance.

In February 2023, SEALON donated KRW 10 million to the “Hope Nest Project,” supporting home repairs for five households, including roof work and replacement of aging pipes to improve living conditions.

A SEALON representative said, “We find it meaningful that this contribution is not merely a cash donation, but support that enables the direct purchase and delivery of needed items.” The representative added, “We will continue to contribute to the community through diverse approaches beyond one-time giving.”
